3. Changing bids during an ongoing auciton or deleting ..
No problem, also this has to be within the timeframe of each auction.
4. Closing date of the auction.
Normally the first monday of each month (four times a year the second one). The exact date of it is for instance on the page, where you also find the impressum or at the start of each auction. In the internet the closing dates of whole closing dates of the year are listed.
5. Who is the seller of a record ....
The seller is always to find at the start of each advertisement before the record list begins. There you find the payment conditions also.
There is no possibility to let you know results of certain positions before the closing date. This is due to the mass of bids (per auciton between 20 and 33.000 bids).
The bids are given in a database. After the end of the auction the winning bids are printed out. The results of the auction (COMPUTERERGEBNIS) is printed always in the last part of each magazine.
It is the common use in Oldie-Markt auctions, that the winning bidder gets in touch with the advertiser after the results of the auction are printed in Oldie-Markt. This means, that he pays hs bid plus postage. After he receives the payment, the advertiser sends the record(s) to the bidder.
There is a binding contract between advertiser and buyer.
If there is any problem it should be weeded out by the contractual partners. Should there be no reactions by one of the partners after at least two reminders, you may contact Oldie-Markt with a short letter, in which you describe the problem.
This may lead to an announcement in the "ARGER MIT PLATTEN"-list.
